TERMS & CONDITIONS
RIGHTS AND LEGAL INFORMATION
In general, after you receive the final piece you are free to do whatever you want with it. Printing for personal use and using it as an icon/banner in your social media accounts is completely okay! However, there are a few limitations based on the rights I retain as the artist. You are not allowed to:
- Use or reproduce them for commercial use. Sell it, or sell anything with the design included on it.
- Use it on NFTs or any other type of cryptocurrency or marketing.
- Modify or alter it.
- Claim credit for its creation, or give anyone besides the artist(me) credit for the creation.Also, if you use the art as an icon/banner, you must link back to me with proper credit.For the commissions, I will only draw in my art style and as the artist, I also have the right to decline a commission especially if it’s something I cannot do. I will draw:
- real people
- OCs
- fanart of a character
- chibis
- complicated backgroundsAnd I will not draw:
- mecha
- NSFW
- gore
- furriesWith the rights I retain over the artwork as the artist, I can post the work at my own discretion unless the client requested to keep the commission private.Complicated designs will be charged more. An additional character will be +80% of the base price (up to one(1) additional character only, meaning I'll only draw a maximum of 2 characters). Also, backgrounds are color white by default and I will not do transparent backgrounds.REVISIONS
I will only allow one(1) free revision. Additional revisions, depending on the difficulty or the time required may include an extra fee. However, minor revisions like slightly changing the character’s hair color will not cost anything (as long as it is something I can easily change). All the more reason to be specific and descriptive when describing your commission!TIME
Please allow one(1) to three(3) weeks after payment for me to complete your commission. I also do not accept rush commissions as I am not a full-time artist. If there’ll be any delays, the client will be informed as soon as possible.PAYMENT
Payment will be upfront through GCash. Once work has begun, refunds cannot be given unless the artist is unable to finish the piece. If payment is not made after a week after I have confirmed the commission slot, the slot will be forfeited.FINAL PRODUCT
Once you have completed the payment and I have finished the piece, I will send the high-resolution file through the email you have provided. There will be no physical product delivered in the commission process. You are paying for digital files.
PROCESS
1. Client will fill out my commission form.
2. I will contact them for their commission slot.
3. Discuss details.
4. I will send a rough draft.
5. Once the rough draft is approved, we’ll proceed to payment.
6. A preview will be sent for revisions.
7. Final piece will be sent via email. (two-three weeks after payment)
